Oversees the management of a team within the Distribution Center (DC), assuring all the Supply Chain & Logistics operations to ensure the fulfillment of the logistic offer; manage and optimize the administration of logistics management functions; and ensure the coordination for inventory control, warehousing, transportation & distribution.

Responsible for adjusting the Material Providing and Handling (MPH) programs according to customer priorities.
Ensure inventory accuracy and monitor and analyses logistic costs.
Facilitate problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective action for quality, safety and production issues.
Responsible for people management including people resources, goal setting, performance management, time and attendance, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being.
Manages logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and wastes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the operation in line with Schneider Performance System standards.
Lead change through lean fundamentals with a focus on 5s and continuous improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful?
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations/ Distribution
Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
Well versed in warehouse management systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills, results driven, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Experienced in problem resolution and root cause analysis
Knowledge of or experience in a lean operations environment
Demonstrate ability to lead change
Have a strong initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
