Coordinates and monitors customer ETO study projects from conversion through final study delivery, ensuring that studies are completed within the appropriate schedule and with high customer satisfaction. This position includes data collection and verification efforts, project forecasting, resource allocation and engineering services team support. The individual will work closely with customers, contractors, distributors, sales office PMs, PC support team and engineering resources to ensure studies are completed efficiently and accurately.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders, and customers in overseeing and coordinating data collection efforts and completion of power system studies

  • Appropriately forecast study completion dates to meet both customer demands and internal billing goals

  • Monitor data receipt and verification through communication with internal team members and external customers

  • Communicate expected project delivery dates both internally and externally

  • Prioritize data collection follow ups based on project progress


Position Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required

  • Strong organizational skills required

  • Some college experience, or equivalent level of power system study experience, required. Batchelor's or Associates degree preferred

  • Ability to clearly understand specifications

  • Ability to understand electrical system drawings

  • Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

  • Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required
