Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an RCA Quality Analyst in Minneapolis, MN.

Duties Include:

• RCA Quality Analyst monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards


• Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review


• As an RCA Quality Analyst, you will provide information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees


• Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures


• Conduct BLQA first line testing for WCIB lines


• Ensure designs work as planned - will review controls on a quarterly basis, identify gaps, propose solutions to process owners, make process changes or efficiency recommendations


• Each quarter, this consultant will review controls, put together test scripts, walk through to completion, and document results within their control inventory system


• There are job aids available from previous tests conducted for reference

REQUIREMENTS:

• Some RCA experience/knowledge


• Strong analytical skills


• Comfort with presenting results


• Comfort with pointing out defects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
