RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Milwaukee, WI.

Summary:
With coaching and guidance from IT and management, this position will coordinate and administer the duties outlined below with a high degree of proficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • IT Support Analyst will monitor and answer incoming service calls and tickets to the IT Support Desk, located at the Home Office location

  • Log issues in ticketing system, troubleshoot computer and system related issues, and resolve student, staff, and faculty technology operational needs

  • Use analytical skills to troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, network, and systems issues

  • Complete employee on-boarding and off-boarding tasks

  • User administration for phone configuration, voicemail, and hunt groups

  • Escalate problems to the Infrastructure Team and Management in a timely manner based on the established service level agreements and/or departmental norms; Perform follow-up activities for IT ticket status through to resolution

  • As an IT Support Analyst, you will work with other IS support teams as needed

  • Leverage the value of technology for and by students, staff, and faculty to improve processes that will ultimately enhance the student experience

  • Contribute to and/or lead continuous improvement projects for incident and problem management procedures







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 1-3 years of directly applicable experience working with a help desk ticketing system and phone support

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
