We are hiring immediately! Vitalant is currently seeking Donor Outreach Coordinators to be the front-line heroes to patients by scheduling present and past donors to make their next vital contribution through blood donation to the community.
Our ideal candidate is looking to work in a team environment that offers autonomy and the ability to work productively to meet and exceed goals while multi-tasking, focusing on details and adapting to a changing environment.
As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for achieving goals for recruiting current, lapsed, and new donors, and scheduling them to donate at an in-center location or area blood drive. Every day you'll be having fun making a measurable difference in your community.
Full time - Work from home opportunity
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Bi-lingual preferred! Earn an extra $1.00 per hour with a Spanish bilingual differential after training and passing assessment.
