Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Educational Partnerships, the Associate Director of Recruitment, Employer Partnerships will target and recruit new employer partners with the goal of increased student enrollment across assigned programs.
Essential Functions
Own the end-to-end process for acquiring strategic employer partners to benefit program enrollment, revising and improving our process over time
Support the development of effective partnerships with employers and community organizations to conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to increase enrollment of students in assigned programs
In collaboration with the Admissions Department, coordinate outreach to prospective students falling under employer partnerships
Assist in the execution of key work streams to ensure employer partners efficiently implement & grow their use of WJC offerings
Assist in new student recruitment activities outside of employer partnerships
Work closely with faculty, staff and students to develop and maintain effective employer partner support programs
Work collaboratively with the admissions department to recruit under-represented groupsIncrease client satisfaction through the delivery development process, honing your ability to build compelling narratives and visuals
Work collaboratively with the marketing department to prepare, disseminate, and present information about all assigned programs to internal and external audiences.
Manage the B2B marketing funnel, partner with operations and analytics to make strategic recommendations around areas of optimization
Collaborate with other academic departments to develop and conduct new student welcome activities
Serve on campus and community committees relevant to outreach recruitment and employer partnerships
Anticipate, prevent, and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries, conflicts and complaints
Perform related duties as required
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field from an accredited college/university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 to 5 years related experience.
Proficiency in budgetary management.
Proficiency in all MS Office products.
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
