Recruit Customer Service staff including hiring, onboarding, training and coaching.
Supervise the daily operations of the department including quote and order entry.
Review daily reports to evaluate staff efficiency and track metrics.
Delegate responsibilities according to experience and ability.
Interact with customers and handle customer inquiries and issues.
Develop knowledge of market, products and pricing.
Work closely with Sales/regional Sales leadership to identify opportunities and support growth.
Communicate with Operations to overcome obstacles, streamline processes and ensure timeliest order fulfilment.
