Your Teams Impact
We are seeking energetic, detail oriented, and experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will report to our Regional HR Business Partner Director and partner closely with our Global HR Business Partners in championing FactSet's culture and values throughout the organization to enhance the employee experience.
HRBPs advise and coach managers and employees through complicated people-related challenges and issues and support the execution of people strategies within their assigned region, by implementing enterprise-wide HR programs and policies and communicating to a wide variety of internal teams and management levels. You will play the critical role of the "eyes on the ground", identifying trends they may see regionally or business-aligned and surfacing solutions that may have lasting impact to all FactSetters.
What you'll do:
Manage day-to-day employee relations support to ensure legally compliant, fair and timely resolutions
Partner with internal clients and HR centers of excellence on employee engagement events and activities
Proactively educate business and HR peers on regional and/or local culture and legal framework, to ensure decisions are well-considered before implementation
Promote a positive employer-employee relationship while keeping a pulse on the morale and engagement levels of employees across the region
Share insights into trends and people metrics with Regional leaders and Global HR Business Partners to support our strategy to recruit, train, retain and empower a diverse workforce and focus on being a performance-driven culture
Serve as an approachable, highly trusted coach and advisor to employees and management in the region, and advise on people-related processes, policies and risk in partnership with Global HRBPs, HR Centers of Expertise and Legal
Partner with Global HRBPs on performance and talent management activities, reward and professional development, and employee engagement activities, including analysis of annual engagement survey results in the assigned region
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, to enable growth, champion FactSet's culture, values and commitment to DE&I, and increase retention
Travel to other offices, typically within the region, to engage with employees and management, and foster the connection between employees and the business
What we are looking for:
Required Skills
Bachelors' degree
6+ years progressive HR experience or equivalent relevant business experience
Knowledge of HR disciplines including talent selection and development, performance management, and employee relations
Experience working cross-culturally with colleagues in a global environment preferred
Business acumen and strong business judgement connecting human resources with business strategies and goals
Strong influencing, relationship building, and effective facilitation and decision making skills
Ability to successfully partner with managers, managing high expectations via influence and persuasion
Willingness and effectiveness in challenging management with a demonstrated history of strong commitment to acting in the best interest of the business and enterprise as a whole
Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate to achieve results in matrix environment
Well organized, thorough and detailed, with a creative approach to problem solving
Ability to work a Hybrid schedule from an office in Chicago
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Desired Skills:
Experience in Fin Tech, Financial Services or Technology
The budgeted amount range for this position is $100,000 - $125,00
