Sr. Manager, Off-Premise Strategy

What You'll Do:




Digital Channel Management


• Manage and execute comprehensive off-premise program supporting 3PD and owned channels, retail and catering audiences

• Build off-premise business in new markets as CAVA footprint expands

• Develop business and operational strategies to unlock future potential with 3PD aggregators

• Own relationship with 3PD partners on behalf of CAVA to ensure optimal business result

• Identify KPIs, report on health of off-premise and customer segments across channels

• Partner with operations, technology, and product management to lead key initiatives to improve channel performance

• Develop outlook and recommendation for automation in delivery process and execution (dispatch, robotics, etc.)

• Manage internal and external journeys to ensure smooth customer and team member experience

• Troubleshoot technical issues with delivery vendors to ensure seamless experience for customers and internal team members

• Represent off-premise customer voice in cross-functional meetings

• Maintain a customer-led perspective and stay up to speed on industry and other external trends to inform our channel strategies



Revenue Optimization


• Maintain deep understanding of marketing levers available and their effectiveness to generate demand across 3PD and owned channels

• Develop strategic recommendation for conversion opportunity based on analysis

• Allocate marketing dollars across campaign channels to achieve growth

• Partner with digital product and marketing channel leads to implement top and bottom of funnel tactics to maximize conversion

• Partner with 3P and product management to develop conversion optimization KPIs and implementation roadmap

• Identify marketing goals, manage campaign execution, and report on performance



Customer Experience Development


• Report on customer experience health of delivery channels

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and partner cross-functionally to execute to plan

• Lead initiatives to drive measurable improvement in customer experience metrics



The Skills:

  • 7-10+ years of professional work experience in the consumer/e-commerce field (consulting, marketing, digital, data/analytics, consumer insight)
• Ability to critically analyze sales and customer data to drive decisions

• Passionate about technology, including restaurant delivery and automation
  • Thinks customer-first to uncover underserved needs states and further develop the range of services to grow the customer base and deepen relationships
  • Strong Excel proficiency and financial acumen, experience with tableau
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders in a high-growth environment
  • BA required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details.
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
