Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.

  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support team projects and initiatives.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
