Job Description:

We are adding a Medical Records to our team in Newport Beach and Irvine. This role is long term temp, potentially temp-hire. It requires a high level of customer service with the patients, physician, and other staff members. This is an IN OFFICE role. Must be FULLY VACCINATED.

A successful candidate must have strong communication skills. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right motivated individual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Medical Records:


Knowledge of:


Charts


Accurately enters data into software system to ensure proper billing of insurance cases.


Files charts and records at the end of each day


Extremely organized individual with drive to learn
HiPAA
ICD-10
CPT
HCPC
Customer Service
Effective Communication, attention to detail
Preferred experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center or similar healthcare setting


Must be fully vaccinated
