Job Description:

Join ATI's team at the Specialty Rolled Products business unit in Monaca, where high performers are sought to contribute to the world-class rolling and finishing operations. Production Workers play a crucial role in meeting production requirements and maintaining safety standards while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment.
• Operate cranes using remote radio control or in an overhead cab.
• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality plate products.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities.
• Some tasks may involve routine interaction with computer interfaces.

Hours

Willingness to work multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime required.

Pay
Sign-on bonus of $3,000 offered ($1,500 paid at start and $1,500 paid after completion of 6 months).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in manufacturing, farming, military, or other industrial environment; or Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in electrical, mechanical, or related curriculum.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.
• Completion of computerized tests to verify reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
