Job Description:

Join ATI's high-performing team at the Washington Specialty Plate Facility, where you'll contribute to the production of finish plate products for various end users. This role involves operating equipment, working collaboratively with a team, and ensuring top-quality plate products.

Responsibilities

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment.
• Operate cranes using remote radio control or in an overhead cab.
• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality plate products.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities.
• Some tasks may involve routine interaction with computer interfaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in manufacturing, farming, military, or other industrial environment; OR
• Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in electrical, mechanical, or related curriculum.
• Ability and willingness to operate and maintain various operating units.
• Strong reading and math skills with electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.
