Title: Incident Response Analyst

Position type: Contract -6+ Months

Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid role (3 days in/2 days remote)
The ideal candidate will have:

1.Incident Triage and Analysis: Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
2. Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incident details response actions and resolutions. Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Escalation and Coordination: Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary. Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.
5. Preventive Measures: Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.

Job Description:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business deliverables.
• Review and analyse moderately complex Business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business.
• Required Qualifications: 4 years of experience.
