Job Description:

ATI is seeking a CNC Machinist to join its Coon Valley team. This position involves setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce components meeting ATI's safety and quality standards. The role requires a safety-focused individual with problem-solving skills and a commitment to precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations on CNC lathes.
• Machine parts to meet tolerances for final inspection.
• Inspect and clean finished products.
• Work closely with manufacturing leadership and team members to achieve goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Accurately complete required documentation.

This position includes a $2,000 new hire bonus paid in 2 increments, with additional pay incentives for weekend and evening shifts.

Hours
The position entails a 3-2-2 12-hour shift schedule, 7pm-7am, with training on 1st shift 7am-7pm. Weekends and weekday evenings come with additional pay incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Machining certificate or prior CNC machining experience preferred, but training is provided for motivated entry-level candidates.
• Dedication to safe working practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
