Responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Manager:
Contribute to establishing and implementing Lean/Six Sigma practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including planning and executing Lean/Six Sigma events.
Collaborate with Management Teams and key stakeholders to craft a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy.
Set improvement standards aligned with Lean/Six Sigma best practices.
Monitor project progress and address any issues, risks, or resource needs to ensure success.
Conduct business process and statistical analysis to support improvement projects and organizational change.
Deliver reports and presentations on performance and set departmental objectives and KPIs for lean activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Foster a culture of engagement across all levels of the organization to maintain a dynamic and adaptable team.
Train employees on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and initiatives
Requirements of the Continuous Improvement Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Lean/Six Sigma activities.
Certified Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Proven track record of Lean/Six Sigma transformation in a manufacturing organization
