Maintenance Technician

Prospect Avenue High Rise is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician

What We Look For:

We are looking for motivated and courteous individuals who enjoy working with people and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Complete maintenance requests as assigned
• Landscape maintenance
• Common area painting projects
• Snow removal
• Assist in maintaining building systems

Requirements:

• General plumbing experience required for this position.
• General Electric experience required for this position.
• General carpentry experience required for this position.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co workers.
• Hours are generally Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but must be
• able to fill in other shifts when necessary.
• Must have own reliable transportation for this position.
• Salary starting at $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
• Benefit package is included in this position.
