The Challenge: The Marine Corps has a need for an information technology integration team to support operations in garrison and tactical environments. Support services for the Microsoft Office 365 applications will enable greater capability and utilization as I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and the USMC fully utilize cloud platform services. In addition, these efforts will reliably integrate command, control, communication, and computer (C4) systems and support information exchange requirements across the I MEF Command Element and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) and provide staff support on Command and Control (C2) system operations, coordination and execution in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) .What if you could use your knowledge and experience with Information Technology to aid in these efforts?

Challenging projects: The successful Microsoft Application Support Analyst on our team will provide technical support and training of O365 applications such as: Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will work with the sections to conduct business analysis and process improvement to advise best business practices through implementation of Office 365 solutions and on-premise SharePoint 2013/2016 environments. Additionally, you will:

  • Integrate within the project and change management lifecycle of I MEF to promote and integrate new technology and initiatives mandated by USMC and DOD
  • Implement SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions using both Out of the Box (OOTB) solutions, custom designed web parts, pages, views, lists and document libraries
  • Provide a persistent and adhoc O365 application and on-premise SharePoint support before, during, and after exercises and in support to deploying and deployed forces
  • Provide technical support in the development of customized SharePoint web parts using HTML, PHP, XML, C++, PERL, VBA, Access Basic, Visual Basic, Microsoft Scripting, MS SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and SharePoint Designer.
  • Support a service desk and trouble ticket resolution, executing up to (50) service tickets per week, providing support to customer and resolving 75% of tickets each week.

You Have:

  • SECRET Clearance
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (Exam MS-900) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in building client-side SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with clients, developing and executing SharePoint, O365 project plans.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing, training personnel and documenting O365 environments and developed applications.
  • Possess one of the following Microsoft certifications:
    • Microsoft 365: Managing MS Teams (MS-700)
    • Microsoft 365: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
    • Microsoft 365: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
    • Microsoft 365: Identity and Services (MS-100)

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $86,000 annually.

The listed salary range expresses what JCTM reasonably expects to pay an employee for this position. The specific salary the employee receives will be based off experience, education, location, clearance level (if applicable), and the specific government contract with which this position aligns (if applicable).
