Position Summary:

As the Marketing Operations Specialist you will manage our marketing technology stack, implementing operational processes for marketing campaigns and programs, managing the analytics that support the marketing functions, and delivering dashboards and reports to ensure timely and informed decision making. This role covers a wide spectrum of responsibility, from system administration and data analysis to process definition and strategic planning. Across the board, youll become the go-to for operational matters in the marketing function. Youll need to be a hands-on operator, frequently liaising with the marketing teams to develop and improve upon current and future campaigns, programs, reporting, and initiatives.

You Will:

• Define, implement, document, and manage key marketing operations processes, including lead management, database management, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement best-in-class analytics that provide insight across all channels, campaigns, and activities.
• Define and implement comprehensive attribution models that allow transparent performance tracking and analysis.
• Manage marketing technology stack, implement new technologies to optimize the stack, troubleshoot issues, and support end user training as needed.
• Leverage existing vendor relationships and tools (Hubspot, Zoominfo, and others) to maximize efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, Sales Development, Finance, and Operations teams
• Optimize existing lead scoring and lead routing in place and implement new nurture streams and processes for leads
• Partner with IT and data teams to ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports that show the impact of marketing and SDR activities on the business and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

You'll Have

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Extensive Hubspot CRM administration experience. Expert user of HubSpots reporting/dash-boarding and automation functionality. HubSpot Marketing Software and Inbound certifications preferred.
• Database enrichment experience, preferably with Zoominfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Expert user of Excel and other MS Suite applications.
• Passion for fast-paced environments, with a focus on transparency, data integrity, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continual improvement. High attention to detail is critical.
• A deep sense of curiosity and a desire to get your hands dirty to meet deadlines and goals.
