Provide best-in-class customer service to all current and/or assigned American Industrial Customers
Aggressively pursue remotely acquiring new clients with additional repair service opportunities using current and developing technologies and occasional approved travel. Find opportunities, close orders and service them well to develop deep relationships; "Consistency develops relationships, relationships develop the business."
Hands-on activities include:
Provide timely and appropriate customer contact
Drive regular interactive communication with the Warren Team in Customer Service, Production and Sales
Update and maintain company CRM and RTS systems
Meet and report on assigned metrics for territory growth
Participate in weekly Monday video meetings with the Sales and Leadership team
Travel as needed to customer locations to further develop relationships.
Lead, mentor and train current and future customer service reps
Develop and coordinate best practices for customer responses and communications.
