Job Description:

We're looking for an ambitious and passionate Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. This highly important executive role will provide hands-on leadership and direction to our SEO, paid media & account management teams. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and strategic thinker who can both lead graciously and also isn't afraid to jump in and help their team execute when needed.

This is a high-growth role reporting to the Founder. The position is hands-on and will be responsible for the success of all client campaigns including strategy and execution. In addition, the Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring team members to meet and exceed company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Digital (SEO, PPC, Paid Social & Account Management) teams ensuring industry-leading performance & client satisfaction
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Web Analytics, and Content Marketing
  • Hire, train & mentor team members
  • Develop, maintain & optimize agency SOPs for each department to improve performance, foster consistency of results & reduce errors
  • Act as client executive contact, cultivating relationships and ensuring our clients are delighted with the partnership
  • Establish & cultivate an inbound and outbound marketing strategy for the business
  • Identify business partnership opportunities
  • Create client educational case studies and whitepapers
  • Meet with clients via virtual calls on a regular cadence to share wins, opportunities, build rapport, and stay on top of business needs
  • Continually stay educated on emerging trends in the digital advertising space

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in PPC, SEO, Paid Social & Web Analytics ideally in an agency setting
  • LinkedIn ads & programmatic experience (StackAdapt) is a big plus
  • Certifications in Google Ads, META Ads, SEO & Google Analytics are preferred
  • Strong organizational and computer skills required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
