Key Responsibilities
Create slide decks in InDesign
Create pricing proposals in InDesign
Utilize Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator to go back and forth with clients on murals
Utilize HoneyBook for project communication
Manage calendar
Schedule travel
Manage email
Check email multiple times a day
Elevate urgent needs / decisions
Gather action items
Meet weekly to discuss upcoming week, to-do, doing, done, tasks, etc.
Assist with DMs and comments as needed
Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
Experience in a Adobe (a must)

Experience in a Adobe (a must)

Deadline-Oriented: Commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner, even under tight schedules.
Must be on Eastern, Central or Mountain Time.
