Job Description:

This role will focus on the design and implementation of Life and Annuity Products and Product Enhancements through the configuration of the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS). As Business Analyst and Product Configuration Lead, you will closely partner with system vendor and client subject matter experts to determine the best configuration options to satisfy requirements and to bring value to our clients. You bring insurance expertise in Product and Product Design and Implementation to bear through FAST PAS configuration changes and a deep understanding of FAST PAS functionality and Operational Support processes.

Responsibilities
• Using techniques from a range of disciplines, including computer programming, insurance product development, and business process design and optimization, you will help implement and enhance Life and Annuity Products on the FAST PAS to support and bring value
• Continue to develop and grow your experience with Product Configuration on FAST's PAS while solving complex problems
• Provide leadership and coaching while ensuring the team adheres to standards and best practices for FAST Product configuration
• Support the importance of efficient and effective business processes, data integrity and quality, as well as standards and consistency

Qualifications
• 5+ Years experience with Life and Annuity Product implementation and enhancement on the FAST Policy Administration System.
• Extensive FAST Configuration expertise and leadership with a focus on Product Configuration
• Coordination of complete Product solutions across teams and systems - FAST Configuration, Integration, FAST Core Changes.
• Team Leadership, coaching, and configuration design review.
• Set and maintain configuration standards and best practices.
• Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development and deployment for new Products and Product enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required.
• Insurance product knowledge, focused on Life and Annuities is required.
• Insurance operations experience with a focus on policy administration and business processes is desired.
• Experience working with actuaries, technical resources, and back-office service providers.
• Expertise with life and annuity business processes, business architecture and operational support
