Updates service database by verifying and entering data.
Contributes to customer service and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
Provides installation and repair services by receiving and recording requests, identifying appropriate service.
Maintains customer service by providing the answering service with information regarding continuing issues and with the names of on-call technicians.
Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Understand and apply energy saving programming tools. Must be self-motivated, goal and results oriented, customer focused and efficient I fast paced environment.
Knowledge of computer skills required, including Tridium AX certification highly preferred, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Temperature control systems including Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Trane and Siemens Is a plus.
