Process weekly invoice volume, up to 200 per week.
Proficient at processing transactions in multiple ERPs. D365, PRMS, T1.
Maintain vendor account records.
Monthly account reconciliations. AP subledger, Rec Goods Not Invoiced, Intercompany Transfer.
2. OUTCOME: Process weekly Accounts Payable disbursements
Process weekly Payment Journals (Check, ACH, Wire, Credit Cards).
Update vendors payment methods.
3. OUTCOME: Support Accounts Payable and Finance Department
Distribute weekly on hold reports, by COB every Monday.
Contribute to department continuous improvement projects.
Assist with annual audit requests.
Ad hoc reporting.
STRENGTHS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Associate degree in Accounting/Finance
3-5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in high volume ERP environment and experience with AP reconciliations.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word)
Experience using multiple ERP systems
Experience with "3 way match" principal
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic and desire to succeed
Interpersonal skills
