DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the success and results within all areas of the store
Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and works creatively to achieve these goals
Works with customers and models superior customer service and clienteling skills
Maximizes sales through strong floor presence
Implements visual merchandising and supervises the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back stock
Ensures store appearance and atmosphere supports and reinforces the brand image
Implement company policies and procedures
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of experience in similar role
Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and communication skills
A highly organized multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
Strong computer knowledge/proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify)
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations
Strong leadership critical thinking and problem-solving skills
