Position Summary:
KES, Inc. is seeking a Sr.Project Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in US Navy Combatant Craft construction, alteration and modernization. The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for the administration, planning, scheduling and budget for assigned projects. Coordinates daily activities, resolves resource conflicts within the company, and resolves customer issues.
Responsibilities:
The Sr. Project Engineer (SPE) will provide project and engineering support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Detachment Norfolk, Combatant Craft Division (NSWCCDDN), Code 83 for the following key task areas:
Design, Engineering, and Lifecycle Tasks/Functions including, but not limited to the following:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro
Knowledge of Shipboard Installation practices IAW NAVSEA Tech Spec 9090-310
Knowledge and experience in Acquisition and Systems Engineering, Logistics, Integration and Test and Evaluation
