We design, engineer and manufacture high-quality Industrial silencers, Noise enclosures and Exhaust system products for the Power Generation, Oil and Gas, and many other Industries. Position: Quality Control Engineer

Location: Sarepta, Louisiana

Role / Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
  • Monitor and improve quality control processes across all departments, including material
  • preparation, CNC Plasma operation, assembling, welding, and painting, to ensure consistency
  • and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including material prep, fabrication, painting, logistics,
  • and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout project
  • execution.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments
  • to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Knowledge and Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related
  • Proven experience in quality control, preferably in welding/fabrication environment
  • Minimum 3-years experience working in fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Experienced creating reports and producing spreadsheets with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
