KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company near Portsmouth, NH that is searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist . Our client is highly motivated and looking to interview and start ASAP. Ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business management. Candidates with 1+years of relevant billing/accounts receivable experience would also be a strong fit.
The responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist will include but will not be limited to:
Full cycle accounts receivable processing- invoice creation, vendor follow up, etc.
Create AR aging reports
Data entry and Excel use
Account reconciliations
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Specialist should have experience that meets the following requirements:
1+ years of relevant accounting experience
Good data entry and Excel skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
Must be able to work in the office 100%
