Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Personal Lines Agent to join our team at the Deerfield Beach location. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A valid 2-20 or 20-44 agents license is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in selecting appropriate personal lines insurance products.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options based on individual circumstances.
Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve client inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information in our agency management system.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Valid 2-20 or 20-44 agents license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
