Job Description : Develop and maintain training programs, schedules, certifications, recertifications, qualifications and audit activities.
Provide performance oversight to meet training and certification initiatives, goals, and commitments.Revise and update training as required.
Provide on-the-job practice and training, as required.Develop, schedule, and maintain core training requirements by process and roles.
Serve as a trainer in Manufacturing environments . Update learning management system creating employee profile, course, and curriculum requirements as per job responsibilities.
Manage learning management system reports to support department needs. Perform data entry process to ensure accuracy of training record. Perform and report training compliance metrics.
Support new hire training logistics to ensure an effective on boarding process. Manage training logistics to support personnel knowledge capability. Support manufacturing areas to evaluate training requirements.
Support employee skills evaluation.Assure training plans (including JSTM and/or equivalent) are aligned and updated according to effective Job Descriptions.
Qualifications : Associate Degree in Education, Science, Business, or related areas required. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Science, Business, or related areas preferred.
4years of experience in training related area is preferred.
Knowledge of regulations and standards for operations Manufacturing application to training.
Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with people at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
