About the Role:
As an AFR Site Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of our manufacturing processes. You'll manage alternate fuel and material activities, collaborate with suppliers, and play a pivotal role in sustainability initiatives like calcined clay projects.
What You'll Contribute:
- Promotion of Plant Safety: Implement and adhere to strict safety and environmental standards.
- Quality and Operational Stability: Oversee product quality while optimizing material use.
- Sustainability and Efficiency: Lead efforts in reducing consumption, and manage alternate fuel and material supplies.
Your Background:
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing, mineral processing, or mining, with a keen ability to interface effectively between plant operations and material suppliers.
