Position Overview: Studio 1892 is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels and supporting the sales staff in digital marketing sales and support. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creative thinking, and analytical skills to ensure the success of our clients' and our owned and operated digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing strategies. Content Management: Create and optimize content for various digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices. Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling visual and written content. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and recommendations for optimization. Address client inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to enhance digital marketing strategies. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Provide recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with an eye for detail. Benefits: MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION INSURANCE: The company covers 80% of the health insurance premium.
