Job Description
We are looking for a neurodivergent Documentation Specialist to process daily work into the Bank's imaging system for electronic work queues (scanning, indexing). The Documentation Specialist will also fulfill requests for paper files for storage, processing, and data management purposes. This position will be full-time and on-site.
What You'll Do
Sort documents for digitization
Enter data from source documents into defined computer database, files, and forms
Scan Commercial, Residential and Consumer documents to electronic work queues
Transfer files into appropriate Database or storage locations
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Mail requested files to appropriate locations
Check source documents for accuracy
Interface regularly with other departments of the bank (I.E. Compliance, Legal, Teams, Loan Servicing, Banking Centers, etc.)
Index documents to Imaging system when appropriate
Perform routine and project-oriented assignments within service level agreements
Archive records. Interface with cold storage vendor, as necessary
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
What You'll Need
Required:
High School diploma or GED is required
General loan documentation knowledge or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail is critical
Independent worker who operates with minimal supervision
Work well with deadlines. Strong SLA focus
Effective oral and written communication skills
Enthusiastic team player interested in cross training
Preferred:
Experience working with an Imaging System Nautilus or OnBase Imaging Systems a plus
Outstanding organizational skills
Good analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and on a team
Ability to drive work to completion and escalate when necessary
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Must be able to twist/bend to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
Must be able to use a ladder to retrieve files from storage
Ability to stand for 70% of shift
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The ability to self-disclose that you identify as neurodiverse is a requirement of this position
