Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering, modifying and recommending business requirements for information technology projects.

Job Description



We are looking for a Senior Business Analystto work with a team of developers and business stakeholders to as part of an ongoing modernization of an existing legacy application. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Ewing, NJ.



What you'll do



  • Responsible for gathering, modifying and recommending business requirements for information technology projects.


  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer goals are achieved.


  • Elicits and documents business requirements and documents business processes.


  • Utilizes tools and techniques standard to business analysis.


  • Has a solid understanding of BA functions, systems, and processes.


  • Assists with development of policies and procedures related to business analysis.





What you'll need



Required:


  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field and a minimum 3 years related IT experience or 3-5+ years' experience working with enterprise applications.


  • 3+ years IT industry experience


  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience


  • 1+ years' experience with enterprise applications


  • Experience working with multiple clients and facilitating requirements sessions.


  • Experience eliciting and documenting requirements.


  • Experience working with multiple concurrent application releases.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.


  • Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.





Physical Demands



  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.


  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.


  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
