We are looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. This position will be full-time and hybrid.



What You'll Do





  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization


  • Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple projects, from initial concept through design, implementation, and deployment


  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports


  • Manage resource allocation, including the assignment of tasks and tracking of team performance


  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle


  • Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any issues that may arise during the project


  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies


  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, potential challenges, and strategic opportunities





What You'll Need



Required:


  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in implementing complex IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable


  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience managing projects through all phases of the development lifecycle


  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and conflict resolution


  • Proficient in project management software and tools


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail





Physical Demands





  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards


  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.


  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
