High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Proficient in computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Electronic Healthcare Record system
Proven team management skills

Manage the Nurse Admin Coordinator and Nurse Scheduling Coordinator Supervisors (Supervisors) in accordance with the organizations policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Participate in the interview, selection, training, and management of the Nurse Admin Coordinators and Nurse Scheduling Coordinator teams (teams).
Assist in the development and communication of performance and quality metrics for the teams.
Direct Supervisors and teams in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Build, cultivate and manage relationships with contract nursing agencies
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to Supervisors and teams
Establish processes to ensure cost-effective patient coverage and efficient distribution of assignments.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on patient scheduling and invoicing topics
Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
Support development and implementation of department policies and procedures as needed
Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate and resolve issues, obtain approvals, and maintain high level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
