Position: Staff Product Manager



Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086



Duties: Drive research agenda to understand and prioritize on customer jobs and needs around improving one's vision and eyesight. Develop solution concepts to help customers improve their vision by purchasing glasses and other eyewear. Identify capability caps and conduct build, buy, and partner analysis. Formulate strategy and roadmaps to sequence the development of solutions. Work with UX team to illustrate the customer experience. Work with engineering team using Agile methodologies to deliver features. Develop analytics roadmaps to measure and learn and work with the analytics team to monitor product performance. Evolve the product roadmap based on insights and performance. This position does not supervise other employees.



Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management.



Skills required: Experience driving product roadmaps using prioritization matrices (RICE), impact effort assessment, user research documentation, and rollout strategies. Experience driving user research using usability testing, user interviews, surveys, card sorting, and tree testing. Experience writing product requirement document (PRD), detailing UX requirements, writing user journey definitions, and detailing high level design requirements using JIRA, Miro, and Confluence. Experience with technical product requirements documentation, grooming, and sprint planning. Demonstrated knowledge of client-side architecture and development processes including UX, Technical Development, Systems Architecture, Quality Assurance Testing, and Release. Experience using one of the following: Agile Software, Jira, Trello, or Rally. Experience with data ingestion, measurement, and attribution. Demonstrated knowledge of data storage and batch processing systems. Experience analyzing customer impact to measure Net Promoter Score, Retention, Loyalty, and Churn using one of the following: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Google Analytics. Experience defining data analysis requirements. Experience using AB testing, data analytics, and real user monitoring software. Experience with financial modeling and hypothesis development for product strategy and roadmap including ROI and impact analysis. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.




Salary Range: $197,829/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
