Job Description:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
Mixing extract properly from physician formulations.
Securing information relating to extracts from suppliers.
Generating the billing for extract as appropriate.
Other duties as may be necessary in order for the mixing lab to operate properly.
Strong mathematical skills
Dexterous/strong hand skills
*This position may cross train to assist with clinical duties, such as allergy injections as needed.
