Salary Range
$22.00 to $27.50 per hour depending on experience and competencies.

Job Description
Essential functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Collecting, entering, and analyzing data/information into various systems.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Organizing, prioritizing, and appropriately handling time-sensitive, confidential information and ensuring action/attention that is required is addressed.
Develop trusted relationships, maintain confidentiality and integrity within the organization.
The ability to reprioritize at a moment's notice and to assume additional responsibilities based on the company's changing needs.
Provide administrative support for all areas within the Assets, Insurance, Permits and Projects Team.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and flexibility within a team environment.
Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records in accordance with company records retention policies.
Can deal with interruptions and work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
Strong proactive problem solver that figures out solutions to roadblocks and seeks out resources independently.
Be a trusted and proactive support person for the Department Manager, always anticipating what is required before others.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals.
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skills.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Willing to take on new projects as needed. The capacity to independently see a project through from start to finish.
Write weekly status reports on all projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Project functions, Duties and Responsibilities

Multi-task between several different projects.
Prepare bid packages, bid documents, and their key components including items such as bonding, insurance indemnification, damage clauses and inclusion/exclusion lists.
Enter data for projects when needed.
Assist Project Accountant in totaling expenses or revenues for projects.
Communicate with sub-contractors and track payment calendar.
Assist in organizing all correspondence and records for Timber Sales
File projects documents after closeout/renewal.
Occasionally pick up and drop off Forest Service ticket books.

Insurance as it Relates to Assets
Talk with agent to update all schedules: Driver, General Liability, Property, and Equipment.
Work with property manager, equipment manager, controller, and general manager to make sure to add and delete above mentioned items when necessary.
Assist with annual insurance renewals and reconciling items that should be covered.
Sort all insurance cards for vehicles and distribute appropriately during renewals.
Track driving violations and eligibility for driving privileges on company insurance.
Obtain personnel driver information from Human Resources and compile it into a spreadsheet.
Monitor records and violations through the pull notice system.
Communicate with the field on eligibility of personnel.
File insurance documents after closeout/renewal.
Write SOPs for permitting compliance and insurance processes.
On an annual basis, take photos and record videos on properties for record of insurance files.
Permit & Compliance

Fill out applications for permitting and compliance concerning Timber Operator License, Radio Frequencies, SPCC Plans, Air Quality, etc...
DIR registration for all companies must be tracked and renewed every 1-2 years.
Assist in renewing contracts for GPS systems.
