Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Specialist is a centralized advertising operations role. Individuals in this role will be responsible for performing advertising fulfillment duties within a region through the leads to cash system development and ongoing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
PRINT/INSERTS: print edition responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Keying advertising orders into our OMS (order management system) correctly and prior to deadline
Working with sales executive to ensure all deadlines are met for both booking and materials
Trafficking of orders to outside printers
DIGITAL (agency and O&O)
Key advertising orders into our OMS
Key order details into the appropriate platform (SWFT, Vision, booking form in OMS, etc.)
Track down missing materials (campaign targeting details, URL, creative, etc.)
EAGLE (Lee's new OMS)
Eagle "super user" offering general support of Eagle as well as current systems during the transition
Assist sellers in using the OMS efficiently
FINANCE
Assist sellers on clearing credit, gathering information for accurate digital adjustments and other account issues, if needed.
CREATIVE
Ensure creative orders are correctly booked and billed
Assist in providing creative direction to the offshore creative team
ADVERTISING FULFILLMENT
Traffic orders to vendors; manage completion of the orders and campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to:
Vision (small business campaigns)
O&O social media posts and associated social advertising campaign
P&D orders to outside printer
Specialty printing to outside printer
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to pivot priorities throughout the day
The ability to work as a team: all hubs must run identically and will help each other as workflow ebbs/flows
Education and Experience:
2+ years' experience in media preferred
Bachelor's degree from a four year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates/Licenses:
Project management (optional)
Work Environment:
This position is remote with possibility for in-office or hybrid.
