Job Description:

Manage refrigerant tracking processes and systems. Develop and maintain refrigeration specs and train associates and installers on their application. Assist with refrigeration engineering functions. Act as the refrigeration SME for the evaluation of equipment and refrigerants. Assist with the department's support of enterprise refrigerant management software systems. • At least 5-8 years of experience in the refrigeration field. (9E)
• At least 10 years of experience leading a team in the maintenance field. (10E)
• Proven ability to lead others in area of construction and maintenance.
• Expert level refrigeration background experience.
• Expert level knowledge of the USEPA Section 608 record keeping requirements for refrigerant management.
• Good technical writing and presentation skills
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and architectural plans.
• Basic financial training
• Ability to use spreadsheets, word-processing and database programs.
• Refrigerant management software knowledge
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Ability to manage contracts.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to travel independently (25%)

• Create and manage a corporate refrigerant compliance program for all retail facilities.
• Guide and lead division facility teams on refrigerant conversions and record keeping compliance.
• Develop and maintain mechanical installation requirements and specifications.
• Monitor and enforce current and future Federal EPA and State regulations. (9E)
• Supervise the efforts of other refrigeration engineers to monitor and enforce current and future Federal EPA and State regulations. (10E)
• Communicate effectively to identify and resolve problems.
• Communicate with division facility engineering teams regularly regarding operation, progress metrics, accomplishments and opportunities.
• Use existing and new computer systems and software to improve efficiency in managing refrigerants
