Job Description:
HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with an Local Manufacturer and Supplier in need of a Direct Hire Customer Service Rep in the North Phoenix area.
Position: Customer Service Rep.
Location: North Phoenix, 100% onsite
Schedule: 8 hour, M-F
Pay: $19-22/hr.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile and generate reports for Leadership Team.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Suite, such as Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Scheduling meetings and setting agenda to outline discussions.
- Operate as gatekeeper for all incoming clients or team members.
- Utilize ERP system to best assist day to day operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school Diploma required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Previous data entry or clerical experience in an office setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
