Responsibilities




  • Perform statistical analyses on data related to research, experimentation, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure of human disease. Consult with investigators on design and analysis of clinical and observational studies using knowledge of statistical methods. Identify appropriate methods to be used for processing and analyzing data that varies from project to project.

  • Identify programming requirements and assists the investigators and/or IT in the development of specialized programs to resolve problems related to statistics analysis.

  • Perform database management support by merging data from single or multiple sources to produce analysis data sets for assigned projects.

  • Provide programming support to include writing code for specialized programs, searching the Internet for information needed for the project, graphics and table production, and other related tasks.

  • Interact with clinical and laboratory investigators in processing data and conducting statistical analyses.

  • Assure the system and program documentation for assigned projects is complete and accurate.

  • Develop statistical analysis plans.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by a responsible authority.

  • Perform analysis of immunologic data (such as assay and immunogenicity studies) and allergy.




Qualifications




  • Master's degree, Biostatistics or Statistics is strongly preferred, from an accredited college/university.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.

  • Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communications, including ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience.

  • Experience with R and/or other statistical software packages.
