Summary:
Administers independent application preparation/review and submission of funding requests through NIH Commons and Grants.gov, post-award management, supervision of staff, and ensuring compliance with sponsor and federal guidelines. Assists in the oversight of day-to-day operations of the Office of Sponsored Programs, reporting and report development, budget forecasting and analysis, independent development and delivery of training programs. Salary range is $88,283 to $111,592.




Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in grant administration, accounting, budget preparation, financial analysis or research administrative support in a healthcare, academic, non-profit, research or related setting; or
2. Associate's degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in grant administration, accounting, budget preparation, financial analysis or research administrative support in a healthcare, academic, non-profit, research or related setting; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of nine (9) years of full-time experience in grant administration, accounting, budget preparation, financial analysis or research administrative support in a healthcare, academic, non-profit, research or related setting.


NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
