Summary: Don't miss the opportunity to join a dynamic team within a prestigious organization where you will work alongside the Maintenance Specialists completing similar work while supervising their day-to-day activities; manages the work flow and material procurement for the Maintenance Specialist crew, as well as providing direction to outside contractors regarding Roswell Park's buildings systems and capital projects: regularly provides leadership to Roswell Park's 7:30 am to 4 pm shift and other shifts as needed; works with and supervises a team of systems maintenance specialists and mechanics during such shifts in planned, routine and preventative maintenance activities; performs troubleshooting and repair activities; prepares, plans and manages own projects within allocated budgets. The salary range for this position is $69,934- $88,721annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.




Qualifications:Required Education and Experience


High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in several aspects of facilities systems installation and repair, including experience in two (2) or more of the following: steam and condensate systems, chilled and condensed water systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm and protection systems, electrical systems, and power generation systems, plus demonstrated leadership in managing and leading skilled trade workers; preferably in a union environment and in various trade activities.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
