Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Mobility Support Specialist for a contract supporting the Customs and Border Protection. This position is remote and requires a CBP suitability or DoD clearance. Employees must live within the DC metro region.

Role Overview: As a Mobility Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our Senior Mobility Engineer to deliver top-notch MDM user support and issue resolution. You'll be part of a large enterprise network architecture and engineering team, supporting our Federal customer. Your expertise in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and MDM solutions will be critical to our success.


Key Responsibilities:



System Administration: Manage and administer Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.



Troubleshooting: Support, maintain, and troubleshoot AirWatch systems or equivalent MDM platforms.



Design and Implementation: Collaborate with the Solution Architect on designing and implementing straightforward MDM solutions.



Client Support: Address client queries over the phone and resolve mobile device-related issues promptly.



Network Infrastructure: Leverage your network engineering experience, including firewall, VPN, DNS, and general network security administration.



Documentation and Testing: Ensure all updates to relevant documents are accurately reflected when there are changes in transport design or technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to test systems and processes, verifying that they meet requirements without compromising performance or security.



Reporting and Implementation: Prepare test reports and Implementation Plans for changes impacting the production environment.



ITIL Workflow:



Familiarity with ITIL-based Service Management workflow applications (incident, problem, and requirements management).


Qualifications:


Proven experience supporting EMM and MDM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.


Familiarity with complex AirWatch or equivalent MDM systems.


Strong network engineering skills, including firewall, VPN, DNS, and network security.


Excellent communication skills to address client queries effectively.


Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
