We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Physical Therapy to join our growing organization. In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of our physical therapy department. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our therapeutic services.


What You Will Do:


Provide visionary leadership, setting the strategic direction and goals for the physical therapy department.


Supervise and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.


Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.


Conduct performance evaluations and guide professional development opportunities for your team.


Advocate for high standards of patient care and ensure treatment protocols are consistently met.


Maintain rigorous compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.


Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive patient treatment plans.


Manage the departmental budget, resources, and equipment procurement effectively.


Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to maximize department efficiency.


Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Implement quality assurance measures to elevate patient satisfaction and achieve optimal outcomes.


What We Are Looking For:


Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).


Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid PA license.


Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.


Proven leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in a clinical or leadership role managing multiple physical therapy clinics.


Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.


Bilingualism is a plus.


Experience in marketing and sales is a plus.


Proficiency in relevant physical therapy software and technology.


Active listening and exceptional learning skills.


Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.


Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.


Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
