Location: Omaha, NE

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
JDP is seeking a second shift Production Supervisor in Omaha, NE area! The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment.



Responsibilities:

• Assisting the development of team goals, objectives, standards and expectations.


• Build partnerships within departmental lines to achieve team results.


• Provide insight in encouraging others to try new approaches and solve day to day opportunities.


• Drive individual accountability and ownership results.


• Foster accountability for direct reports to include safety, quality delivery, and cost.


• Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree


• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred


• Previous manufacturing experience


• Leadership experience strongly preferred.


• Previous experience with labor planning and scheduling.
