Location: Bedford, TX

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Phlebotomist/MA


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  


• Prepares equipment to efficiently collect blood products


• Performs venipuncture using vacutainer, syringe and butterfly techniques; capillary punctures using heel and finger stick techniques on patients. Identifies and labels specimens.


• Conducts designated laboratory testing


• Instructs patients on urine collection procedures. Allocates urine specimens


• Cleans and sterilizes equipment, instruments, and work area
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  


• High school graduate or GED equivalent


• 1+ years of related experience


• Current Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant certification

Start & end times of shift: 8:00 to 5:00


Days of the week they'll work: Monday- Friday
